Samir KC是亚洲东说念主口照顾中心的教养和首创成员。 Samir教养是亚洲东说念主口照顾中心东说念主力本钱和发展照顾小组的认真东说念主。 他于 1997 年在尼泊尔特里布万大学取得统计学硕士学位。 之后，他在加德满齐教养大学统计学，并在尼泊尔健康照顾委员会担任生物统计学家。 他于 2009 年在荷兰格罗宁根大学空间科学系取得博士学位（东说念主口学和健康专科）。 2020年取得上海白玉兰奖。 他也曾海外期骗系统分析照顾所（IIASA）东说念主口与公道社会阵势多维东说念主口统计学建模照顾组认真东说念主。
